Do you work outside San Antonio?

Yes. We are based in San Antonio and regularly serve nearby areas such as New Braunfels, Boerne, and Austin. For larger projects we travel across Central Texas.

How fast is turnaround?

Typical preview galleries are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Headshot selects are usually delivered next business day. Rush delivery is available upon request.

Can you photograph large teams on site?

Yes. We bring a mobile studio to your office or event and create consistent lighting and background for every person. We also provide expression coaching to help everyone look confident and approachable.

What is included in a headshot session?

Guided posing and expression coaching, professional lighting, image review, and one retouched file per selected look. Additional retouched images and group pricing are available.

Do you offer video as well as photography?

Yes. We produce short brand videos, event highlight films, interviews, and social cuts that align with your messaging and brand guidelines.

Can you match our brand standards?

Absolutely. We start with your goals, audience, and visual guidelines, then build a shot plan so your photos and video feel on brand and ready for marketing use.

Share your project details through our contact form. We will confirm scope, timeline, and deliverables, then send a proposal and invoice to lock in dates.

Yes. We carry full business liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue if needed.

What usage rights are included?

Standard commercial usage for your company is included across web, social, internal, and marketing collateral. Extended or paid media usage can be added to fit your campaign.

Do you retouch images?

Yes. Final headshots and brand selects receive natural, professional retouching that preserves authentic skin texture and color.

What is your reschedule or cancellation policy?

If plans change, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability. Cancellations within a set window may incur a fee to cover reserved crew and studio time.
