For larger conferences and multi-day events we recommend booking four to eight weeks in advance. For smaller corporate gatherings two to three weeks is typically sufficient. Rush bookings are considered based on availability.

That depends on the size and scope of your event. Single-photographer coverage works well for smaller gatherings. Larger conferences with multiple simultaneous sessions may require a second shooter. We discuss this during discovery.

Standard delivery is within seven to ten business days. Same-day highlight selects are available for an additional fee, ideal for social media recap content on event day.
